Bank of America exceeds five-year goal of hiring 10,000 people from low- and moderate-income communities
CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, Sept. 30, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Bank of America today announced that it has exceeded its five-year goal, two years ahead of schedule to hire 10,000 income-earning neighborhood teammates weak and Journey program. The bank also announced that Pathways is growing across the business as a result of its success and has pledged to hire an additional 10,000 LMIs by 2025 through expanded partnerships with community colleges and local organizations like Year Up. , UnidosUS and the National Urban League.
