New Hires Reflect Year of Exceptional Growth and Progress
NEW YORK, February 7, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The We Are All Human Foundation today announced two key appointments to the nonprofit organization dedicated to diversity, inclusion and equity. Nancy Rosado-Santiago was named Executive Director, responsible for resource mobilization, partnerships, programs and marketing communications, and will also serve as National Director of the Foundation’s Hispanic Star Hubs. Jose Español also joined the team as CFO.
These appointments come after a year of expansion for the Foundation, including its hispanic star platform, focused on advancing the progress of Hispanics by connecting and leveraging the efforts of Hispanic organizations, community leaders, and American businesses.
Rosado-Santiago brings over 20 years of experience in multicultural marketing and advertising having worked with companies like Univision, Televisa, Latina Magazine and Intersection Co. A recognized Hispanic leader, Rosado-Santiago was the year last Time Magazine’s first Time 101 winner. Rosado-Santiago has been involved with the We Are All Human Foundation as the leader of the NYC Hispanic Star hub, where she led Covid relief efforts in New York City for Hispanic families, who have been disproportionately impacted by the pandemic due to their role in the essential services workforce.
Español joins as CFO after 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, working at senior levels in organizations like Unilever, J&J and Deloitte. He will lead the finance, operations and human resources departments.
